Cancellation Policy

 

At Callistaéva Cosmetics, we value our customers' satisfaction and offer a clear and fair right of cancellation. As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the conditions outlined below. A consumer, in this context, refers to any natural person who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes that are not related to their commercial or professional activities. Please review the following provisions to understand how this right applies to your purchase.

 

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your contract with Callistaéva Cosmetics within 14 days without providing a reason.

 

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item of your order.

with a clear statement (e.g., via email) expressing your intention to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached cancellation form, though it is not mandatory.

To ensure you meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed upon with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or until you provide proof of the return, whichever is earlier.

 

You are responsible for returning the goods to the return address provided by us, without undue delay and in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period ends. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. If you requested services to begin before the end of the cancellation period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the point of cancellation, in proportion to the total services stipulated in the contract.

 

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Additionally, the right of cancellation is not available to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not reside in a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.

 

 

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that, according to the German Civil Code (Section 312g, Paragraph 2), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts involving the delivery of goods that are customized or produced based on individual selections, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

 

General Information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination to the goods. Return the items in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to ensure protection during transport.
2. Please do not return goods as freight collect.
3. Note that points 1 and 2 are not conditions for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
